Responsibilities
- Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Preparing agendas, board papers, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Preparing executive reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Handling sensitive and confidential business information with discretion.
- Managing executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Coordinating communications between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Pleasant and professional personality.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Candidates with exceptional English communication skills may be considered for trainee positions.
Administrative manager
Salary: LKR 150,000 – 250,000
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
- Managing strategic partnerships, stakeholder relations, and vendor management.
- Coordinating with suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting organizational planning and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative or management experience.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Receptionist
Salary: LKR 100,000+
Responsibilities
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications.
- Managing front desk operations professionally and efficiently.
- Handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and managing correspondence.
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
- Well-presented and professional appearance.
