Senior quantity surveyor

Three sinaha industries (pvt) ltd, is a well-established company located in the nawala. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior quantity surveyor to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of project cost control, estimation, and contract administration.
2. Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for steel fabrication and construction projects.
3. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement-related cost analysis.
4. Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost reporting throughout project lifecycle.
5. Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost efficiency.
6. Conduct site measurements, valuations, and interim/final account preparations.
7. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and commercial best practices.
8. Support management in financial planning and project profitability analysis.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience as a quantity surveyor, preferably in steel fabrication or construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of measurement, costing, contracts, and procurement processes.
4. Proficiency in MS office and QS software (e.g., AutoCAD measurement tools or equivalent).
5. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
