We are a well-established and rapidly growing export-oriented company, primarily engaged in the export of tea and value-added food products, serving a diverse international clientele. We are seeking a highly competent, results-driven, and strategic Quality Assurance professional to lead our Quality function.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Quality Assurance activities for export products
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications
- Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks for export shipments
- Coordinate with production and export teams to meet customer specifications
- Handle customer complaints related to quality and implement corrective actions
- Maintain QA documentation and export quality records
- Support continuous improvement in export quality systems
- Prepare QA reports and maintain quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the export or FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and export quality requirements
- Good communication and leadership skills
