Accountant

We are looking for experience accountant with relevant qualifications, to oversee general accounting operation by controlling & verifying our financial transaction and HR/administration function.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handling overall financial & HR operation
  2. Overlooking purchase, pricing & stores function
  3. Preparation and review of timely and accurate management reporting
  4. Analysing financial information, processes and make recommendation to top management
  5. Ensure all accounts reconciled as required
  6. Liaise with banks, software vendor and government institution
  7. Oversee commission/incentive, payment process

Required qualification & experience

  1. Part or fully qualified in CA/CAMA or related accountancy professional qualification, HR related qualification will be an added advantage.
  2. Minimum five years experience in similar capacity
  3. Handling of overall accounting & HR function
  4. Experience with general ledger function and the month-end, year-end closure process.
  5. Experience with payroll function & related statutory requirements.
  6. Familiarity in ERP systems & payroll systems.
  7. Advance MS excel skills.
  8. Prefer 15 kilometres radius from Kiribathgoda town.
  9. Prefer a female, the age between 40-45 years.
