  1. Visas / permits approval process
  2. Facilitating opening of bank accounts for salaries & wages
  3. Organizing transport, accommodation & foods for employees
  4. Facilitating medical services for employees
  5. Liaising with embassies and consular offices
  6. Assistance to keep the company compliant
  7. Negotiating, finalizing & monitoring rental agreements
  8. Facilitating finance / procurement & IT functions

Qualifications & skills

  1. Full or part qualifications in the field/s of accounting/finance/management/HR.
  2. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar field.
  3. Good communication both verbal & written skills in English.
  4. Ability to identify jobs/task on priority basis.
  5. Need to have good interpersonal skills.
  6. Age below 30 years.
