Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in coordinating daily operational activities related to aluminum sales, supply, and project execution.
  2. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, project sites, and internal departments.
  3. Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, reports, and operational documentation.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and assist in coordinating material requirements.
  5. Ensure timely processing of customer orders and deliveries.
  6. Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
  2. Basic knowledge of operations, administration, or supply chain processes will be an advantage.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  4. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  6. Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
