F&B Captain

  1. Minimum 2-3 years experience in food & beverage service, preferably in hotels
  2. Ability to speak and understand English & Sinhala
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills
  4. Positive attitude with excellent guest service focus
  5. Ability to train, motivate, and supervise staff
  6. Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and beverage service standards
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  8. Reliable, punctual, and professional
  9. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  10. Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and busy periods
  11. NVQ or other hospitality management qualifications is an advantage
