We are a leading manufacturer, exporter, importer & supplier of premium quality veterinary health products to the livestock industry of Sri Lanka and to the international market, and are looking for energetic, ambitious & self-motivated candidate to be a part of energetic Farmchemie team as,

Key responsibilities

  1. Lead the quality assurance team to meet the required standards.
  2. Develop, update, and maintain the company quality management system via quality assurance policies, SOPs, and working instructions.
  3. Overlook the operational activities relating to the quality assurance department.
  4. Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate for external audits to ensure compliance with FAMI-QS, ISO 9001:2015, and GMP requirements.
  5. Guide and train cross-functional teams on quality standards to foster a strong quality culture across the organization.
  6. Collaborate with production, procurement, and supplier quality teams to resolve non-conformances.
  7. Investigate non-compliances and customer complaints, lead root-cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.

Candidate requirements

  1. Age below 35 years.
  2. Possesses a bachelor’s degree in science.
  3. Having diploma in quality management is an added advantage.
  4. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  5. Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001:2015 & other quality certifications.
  6. Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills.
