About the company

Raffles is a leading name in the hospitality industry, that offers a wide range of services that revolve around the fixed contract catering sector in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented candidate to fill in the Store Manager position.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage daily receiving, issuing, and storage of goods.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
  3. Monitor stock movements and conduct periodic stock counts.
  4. Ensure proper storage practices and compliance with company standards.
  5. Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operational departments.
  6. Prepare inventory and stock reports using SAP B1 ERP.
  7. Ensure timely replenishment of stock and minimize wastage.

Key requirements

  1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Manager, preferably in the hotel and food & beverage industry.
  2. Practical experience working with SAP B1 ERP systems.
  3. Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  5. Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
  6. Good communication and organizational skills.
  7. Age below 60 years.
  8. Male candidates only.
