About the company
Raffles is a leading name in the hospitality industry, that offers a wide range of services that revolve around the fixed contract catering sector in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented candidate to fill in the Store Manager position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving, issuing, and storage of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Monitor stock movements and conduct periodic stock counts.
- Ensure proper storage practices and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operational departments.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports using SAP B1 ERP.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock and minimize wastage.
Key requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Store Keeper or Store Manager, preferably in the hotel and food & beverage industry.
- Practical experience working with SAP B1 ERP systems.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Age below 60 years.
