About the company

Ambarella lodge & spice garden, an internationally recognized hotel located near Negombo, comprising nine exclusive lodges, invites applications from dynamic and experienced hospitality professionals for the following position:

Sous chef (male) – kitchen department

Requirements

  1. Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Ability to prepare a variety of Sri Lankan and Western cuisine.
  3. Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen hygiene standards.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Waiter (female) – restaurant department

Requirements

  1. One year of experience in a similar role.
  2. Welcome guests, escort them to their seats, provide menus, and attend to their needs throughout the meal.
  3. Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner, verify order quality and presentation, and provide necessary accompaniments.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
