Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
- Use advanced formulas and functions for data analysis.
- Develop pivot tables and pivot charts for reporting.
- Perform data cleaning, sorting, and validation.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Strong experience in formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).
- Ability to work with pivot tables and data analysis tools.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
