HR Assistant – Male Candidates

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in recruitment and selection process
  2. Maintain employee records and HR databases
  3. Prepare HR letters, documents and reports
  4. Assist in payroll data preparation
  5. Coordinate training and development activities
  6. Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  8. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (Commerce Stream preferred)
  2. Part qualification or diploma in HRM or related field (CIPD / NIBM / SLIM)
  3. Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR software (preferred)
  4. Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative role (preferred)
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  8. Age below 35 years (preferred)
  9. Candidates residing in Kegalle, Mawanella, Warakapola, Galigamuwa, or nearby areas will be given preference.
