HR Assistant – Male Candidates

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR letters, documents and reports
- Assist in payroll data preparation
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Support employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (Commerce Stream preferred)
- Part qualification or diploma in HRM or related field (CIPD / NIBM / SLIM)
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HR software (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR or administrative role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Age below 35 years (preferred)
- Candidates residing in Kegalle, Mawanella, Warakapola, Galigamuwa, or nearby areas will be given preference.
