Key responsibilities

  1. Manage day-to-day operations of the service station/workshop
  2. Supervise technical and administrative staff
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries
  4. Monitor inventory, spare parts, and stock levels
  5. Maintain compliance with company standards and safety regulations

Skills & qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service management or a similar supervisory role
  2. Automobile engineering / mechanical engineering / business management
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and customer service
  5. The successful candidate should be highly target-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working effectively within a team environment. The ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to achieving company objectives is essential.
  6. Ability to manage a team and meet operational targets
