Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service station/workshop
- Supervise technical and administrative staff
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries
- Monitor inventory, spare parts, and stock levels
- Maintain compliance with company standards and safety regulations
Skills & qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile service management or a similar supervisory role
- Automobile engineering / mechanical engineering / business management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and customer service
- The successful candidate should be highly target-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working effectively within a team environment. The ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to achieving company objectives is essential.
