About the company

Sleeping pods an around-the-clock airport sleep lounge Bandaranike International Airport (BIA) Katunayake, Sri Lanka. We’re looking for two warm, dependable people to help travelers rest well between flights.

Manager requirements

1. 2+ years in hospitality, retail, or front-desk management
2. Lead, train, and schedule the lounge team
3. Oversee daily operations, cash handling, and reporting
4. Keep the lounge calm, welcoming, and spotless
5. Confident with POS systems and basic computer tasks
6. Well-presented, dependable, and service-minded

Customer care specialist requirements

1. Welcome guests and guide them through pod check-in
2. Deliver warm, attentive service around the clock
3. Keep pods and common areas clean and ready
4. Handle bookings and payments accurately
5. Comfortable working rotating night shifts
6. Friendly, reliable, and a natural team player
