Requirements

1. Age below 55 years.
2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial and domestic electrical installations.
3. Experience in three-phase electrical wiring systems.
4. Knowledge of low voltage current (LVC) systems and electrical maintenance in high-rise buildings.
5. Technical college or vocational training qualification in electrical technology or a related field.
6. Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
7. Experience in carrying out general building maintenance work.
8. Ability to work independently and respond promptly to electrical breakdowns.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
10. Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance-related duties.
11. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial buildings, factories, or high-rise developments.

Semi-skilled category requirements

1. Age below 40 years.
2. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and maintenance activities.
3. Technical training or relevant work experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
4. Willingness to assist electricians with installations, repairs, and general maintenance work.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
