Assistant Manager – Social Media & E-Commerce
Position summary
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented assistant manager – social media & e-commerce to strengthen the online presence of Sri Sharavi Beach Villas & Spa. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging content with strong calls-to-action that drive traffic to our website, WhatsApp, and reservation channels, ultimately increasing direct bookings and conversions. The role will support social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and online sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow Sri Sharavi’s social media platform and online presence.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns with strong booking-focused calls-to-action.
- Utilize social media and digital marketing strategies to maximize engagement and booking conversions.
- Coordinate photography, video shoots, and infographic collaboration.
- Maintain and update website and online booking/e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor online inquiries, reviews, and guest engagements to ensure safety and promptly.
- Track digital performance and provide monthly analytics and insights.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and best partnerships.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, and content management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends.
- Understanding of AI tools, content optimization, and conversion-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Strong online travel platform (CRM) and online distribution channels, and strategies to maximize visibility, engagement, and booking conversions across digital platforms.
- Boosts engagement and brand loyalty with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, branding, and guest experience.
