Job requirements

1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
6. Relevant culinary qualifications will be an added advantage

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
2. Plan and develop menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes
3. Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance supervision
4. Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards
5. Control food costs, inventory, and supplier coordination
6. Ensure timely and efficient service during operations
