Senior Executive | Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner

Key responsibilities

  1. Act as an HR business partner for assigned business units, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  2. Support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
  3. Handle employee relations matters including HR policies, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  4. Drive HR initiatives such as appraisals, employee development, and culture-building activities.
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and accurate HR reporting.

Key requirements

  1. Degree or diploma in human resource management or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or generalist functions.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR practices including performance management and employee relations.
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools with a data-driven mindset.
