Responsibilities
- Finalization of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts.
- Handling quarterly and annual finance audits.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Overlooking shipping and related tasks.
- Overlooking overall payment process.
- Partner with leadership to assist strategic decision making.
- Dealing with external stakeholders of the company, including SL customs, IRD, and other regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Fully qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA, preferably with a degree in finance/management.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in the finance field (at least 5 years in a managerial role).
- Hands-on experience in accounting packages such as SAP and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage a well-experienced finance team.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
