Workshop & Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our team.

Education

1. BSc engineering (mechanical / manufacturing) or equivalent qualification

Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, coordinate, and supervise workshop and manufacturing operations
2. Ensure efficient utilization of machines, materials, and manpower
3. Willingness to work in workshop environments (mould manufacturing and related areas)
4. Select appropriate manufacturing methods and improve production processes
5. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards
6. Support tooling, mould maintenance, and production troubleshooting
7. Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth operations
8. Maintain technical documentation and reports
9. Ensure adherence to quality management systems and safety standards

Skills required

1. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and workshop practices
2. Familiar with CAD/CAM and ERP systems
3. Knowledge of ISO standards and quality certifications
4. Autodesk inventor / Siemens NX knowledge will be an added advantage
5. Strong project management skills in a manufacturing environment
6. Leadership and teamwork abilities
7. Technical documentation skills
8. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
