Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Front Office Coordinator to join our team at the Head Office, Maharagama.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and assist visitors, customers, and staff in a professional manner.
  2. Sales coordination.
  3. Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails.
  4. Coordinate front office operations and administrative activities.

Requirements

  1. G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
  4. Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
