Maintenance Supervisor

A rapidly expanding restaurant chain with local and international growth, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities across restaurant outlets.
2. Conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities, equipment, and utilities to ensure proper functioning.
3. Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other restaurant assets.
4. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
5. Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient use of resources and spare parts.
6. Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance work.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
8. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and repair history.
9. Assist in planning and implementing renovation and improvement projects.
10. Train and guide maintenance technicians and support staff.

Requirements

1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
2. Sound knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial kitchen equipment.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple outlets and prioritize maintenance tasks effectively.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
