Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Coordinate with service centers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth and timely booking execution.
  3. Follow up with customers regarding appointments confirmations and service updates.
  4. Meet assigned call handling, productivity, and service quality targets.
  5. Maintain good time management to complete daily tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  1. Candidates with A/L qualification or a diploma in business administration, customer service, or a related field are encouraged to apply. (School leavers also can apply)
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala are essential.
  3. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Good communication and customer handling skills.
  6. Candidates based in the Nugegoda area will be preferred.
