Procurement Executive
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the seamless procurement of high-quality materials and services that keep our automotive manufacturing operations running efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to drive value, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of purchasing of the company’s goods and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Responsible for material planning with the production planning team.
- Responsible for purchase order generation and tracking import documents.
- Responsible for preparing all supply chain related reports.
- Responsible for handling imports and local purchases.
Qualifications
- Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, or similar qualification.
- Experience in imports is a core requisite.
- 02 years experience in supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Ability to work independently and excel in time management.
