Assistant Manager – Production (Pannala Factory)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Production. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about manufacturing excellence, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities
2. Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently and on schedule
3. Monitor quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives
4. Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials)
5. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
6. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
7. Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering / manufacturing / industrial management or related field
2. More than 03 years of experience in a food manufacturing industry
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
5. Familiarity with production planning and quality control processes
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills
