Supervisor – A/C & Fire

We are a leading organization specializing in MEP, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection, Electrical, and Interior Solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our growing team as a Supervisor – A/C & Fire.

Key responsibilities

1. Supervise A/C and Fire Protection maintenance, repair, and servicing activities.
2. Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure timely completion of work.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and implement corrective actions.
4. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
5. Maintain accurate service records and work documentation.

Requirements

1. NVQ level 3 or level 4 in refrigeration & air conditioning or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in the A/C & Fire Protection sector.
3. Strong technical knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting practices.
4. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
