HR Executive

The HR executive will play a key role in supporting the organization’s human resource functions, including recruitment, payroll administration by managing end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timely processing, employee relations, and HR compliance.
This position requires a proactive individual with solid understanding of payroll systems and ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Having strong interpersonal and organizational skills are must to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support
- Assist in organizing training, development, and welfare programs
- Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review
- Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, and benefits data
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF/ETF, PAYE tax, and other local regulations
- Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for management review
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and pay slips
- Coordinate with finance and operation teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Support HR and other documentation when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll software, and employment regulations
- Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory contributions
- Excellent numerical accuracy and high attention to detail
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
