Technical Executive / Interns – Technical Support

Requirements

The above two categories should have the following:

1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Ability to work independently
3. Strong knowledge on voice and data
4. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
5. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
6. Setting up accounts for new users
7. Experience in Microsoft sever and database maintenance will be a definite advantage
8. Knowledge in CCTV, PABX, CISCO will be an added advantage.
