Project Management Internship

As a project management intern, you will assist in coordinating web development projects from planning to delivery. You will work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements. This internship is designed to provide real-world exposure to project management practices in the IT industry.

Key responsibilities

1. Support project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring web development projects.
2. Assist in preparing project documentation such as timelines, task lists, and status reports.
3. Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Track project progress and update project management tools.
5. Participate in client meetings and take meeting notes.
6. Help identify project risks, delays, or blockers and escalate to the project manager.
7. Ensure proper communication flow among stakeholders and team members.
8. Perform other administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, computer science, business, or related field.
2. Interest in web development and project management.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project) is a bonus.
7. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
