Requirements

  1. Expertise in fusion cuisine and sea food.
  2. Culinary leadership experience in a hotel or high-volume restaurant kitchen.
  3. Exceptional food quality and attention to detail.
  4. Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
  5. Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
  6. Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistency.
  7. A passion for innovation, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
  8. Pre-opening experience is a plus.
