Food & Beverage Manager

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  2. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  3. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
  4. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
  5. Lead R&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
  6. Comply with all health and safety regulations
  7. Report on financial performance, control costs, and work to achieve revenue targets

Job requirements

  1. Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity or as food & beverage assistant manager
  2. Diploma or degree in hospitality management, food and beverage management, or a related field is preferred
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Should be well competent on all forms of communication in English
  5. Ability to multi task and work independently
  6. Proficiency in MS Office 365 package
