Job responsibilities
- Work closely with the General Manager – Operations to coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities across properties.
- Liaise regularly with hotel teams to ensure service standards and operational excellence are consistently maintained.
- Monitor operational performance, follow up on key action items, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Assist with operational planning, reporting, and the implementation of group-wide initiatives and projects.
- Facilitate effective communication between Head Office and property teams.
- Conduct regular property visits to monitor operational standards, identify areas for improvement, and support best practices.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role. Experience in Food & Beverage operations will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Sound understanding of hotel operations and the ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hospitality management systems.
- A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
