Senior Executive – Brand Development

Manage all marketing activities for the company, including digital advertising, website management, agency coordination, lead generation campaigns, and offline marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize Meta & Google Ads.
2. Track campaign performance and lead generation results.
3. Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and web designers.
4. Develop marketing briefs and oversee content production.
5. Website updates, landing pages, and lead forms.
6. Ensure timely installation and upgrading of all branding materials.

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of proven marketing experience in the property development industry.
2. Understanding of website management and lead generation.
3. Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
4. Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
