Client Relations Executive

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a professional, engaging, and memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  1. Share project information, brochures, pricing, floor plans, and payment plans with customers.
  2. Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  3. Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
  4. Respond to social media and direct customer inquiries.
  5. Maintain a positive and professional brand image through all customer interactions.
  6. Follow up with customers after meetings and site visits.
  7. Prepare weekly follow-up reports and customer activity summaries.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in speaking English, Tamil, Sinhala.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
  4. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  5. Strong customer service mindset.
  6. Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  7. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
