Technical Officer – Real Estate

Responsibilities & requirements

1. NDT / NCT in civil engineering or related field.
2. Experience in land development or construction projects.
3. Strong knowledge of site supervision and technical drawings.
4. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
5. Supervise contractors and ensure quality standards.
6. Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and project teams.
7. Monitor project progress and report updates.
