Key responsibilities

1. Open and close the outlet on time as scheduled
2. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their orders
3. Prepare, serve, and present products according to company standards
4. Handle cash and process payments accurately
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the outlet
6. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
7. Support daily outlet operations and teamwork
8. Contribute towards achieving sales targets

Requirements

1. Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification
2. 1 – 2 years experience
3. Previous experience in F&B, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
