Candidate profile

  1. Be part qualified in CA, CIMA and/or degree equivalent.
  2. Age below 30 years.
  3. Have minimum 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
  4. Have a flair for a career in finance & accounting.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Responsible for making supplier payments and maintaining accurate payment records.
  2. Carry out debtors’ reconciliations and prepare customer receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and goods return documentation.
  3. Maintain cheque registers and customer account records.
  4. Pass journal entries accurately into the ERP system.
  5. Support both external and internal audit activities by providing required documentation and information.
  6. Perform bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations on a timely basis.
  7. Provide financial management information and reports as required by management.
  8. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  9. Assist in inventory reconciliations and support effective inventory management processes.
