Responsibilities
- Opening/closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Organize and manage team shifts effectively to ensure optimal coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
Requirements & qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage standards, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling and POS systems.
