Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

1. Opening/closing procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
2. Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
3. Organize and manage team shifts effectively to ensure optimal coverage.
4. Deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
5. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.

Requirements & qualifications

1. Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
3. Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, food & beverage standards, and customer service best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial handling and POS systems.
