Manager production

We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Manager – Production to lead our factory operations and drive productivity, quality, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

1. Oversee daily manufacturing and production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
2. Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
3. Lead, train, and develop production teams while maintaining high employee engagement and discipline.
4. Ensure proper people handling, workforce coordination, and performance management.
5. Monitor machine utilization, production KPIs, wastage control, and operational costs.
6. Maintain workplace safety, quality assurance, and compliance with company standards.
7. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and planning departments for smooth operations.
8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Requirements

1. Degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, management or a related field.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong leadership, people management, and team training skills.
4. Excellent operational oversight and problem-solving abilities.
5. Manage and train workforce for smooth operations effectively.
6. Sound knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety practices.
