Operation manager
To sustain our growth and maintain our high standards of operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and disciplined leader to join our team as an Operations Manager.
Qualifications & experience
- Military background: Retired captain and above from the Sri Lanka army.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar operational capacity.
- Language proficiency: Strong professional writing and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
- Location preference: Candidates residing in the Colombo or Gampaha districts are preferred.
- Core competencies: Strong leadership qualities, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a high level of integrity.
- Remuneration: An attractive and competitive remuneration package will be offered to the selected candidate, based on qualifications and experience.
