Operations Manager

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional for immediate recruitment to our Japanese Joint Venture Organization.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage daily operational activities of the organization.
  2. Coordinate recruitment and foreign employment-related processes.
  3. Handle visa documentation and administrative procedures.
  4. Prepare and draft professional correspondence in English and Sinhala.
  5. Supervise HR and managerial functions.
  6. Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and government authorities.
  7. Support trading, project management, and NGO-related activities.
  8. Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
  9. To attend to all secretarial duties.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a foreign employment agency or visa-related field.
  2. Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
  3. Strong ability to draft letters and official documents in English and Sinhala.
  4. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and managerial work.
  5. Fluency in English and Sinhala.
  6. Knowledge of IT applications will be an added advantage.
  7. Age between 40 – 45 years.
  8. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  9. Residents living close to the Thalawathugoda area will be given preference.

Salary & benefits

  1. Rs. 100,000 – 200,000 per month
