Operations Manager

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and dynamic professional for immediate recruitment to our Japanese Joint Venture Organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of the organization.
- Coordinate recruitment and foreign employment-related processes.
- Handle visa documentation and administrative procedures.
- Prepare and draft professional correspondence in English and Sinhala.
- Supervise HR and managerial functions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and government authorities.
- Support trading, project management, and NGO-related activities.
- Ensure smooth office operations and compliance with company policies.
- To attend to all secretarial duties.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a foreign employment agency or visa-related field.
- Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
- Strong ability to draft letters and official documents in English and Sinhala.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and managerial work.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala.
- Knowledge of IT applications will be an added advantage.
- Age between 40 – 45 years.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Residents living close to the Thalawathugoda area will be given preference.
Salary & benefits
- Rs. 100,000 – 200,000 per month
