Driver

We are seeking a reliable and responsible driver to join our MFC project team. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a strong safety record, and the ability to provide transportation support for project personnel and company operations.

Key responsibilities

1. Safely transport company staff, visitors, and materials as required.
2. Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and road safety regulations.
3. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
4. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure the vehicle is in good operating condition at all times.
5. Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
6. Assist with the delivery and collection of documents, materials, and equipment when required.
7. Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely transportation and delivery services.
8. Support project and administrative activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Valid Sri Lankan driving license with the appropriate vehicle categories.
2. Minimum 5 years of proven driving experience.
3. Good knowledge of Colombo and surrounding areas, including major routes and traffic regulations.
4. Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safety.
5. Ability to work flexible hours when required.
6. Basic communication skills in English will be an added advantage.
7. Responsible, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
