Requirements & key responsibilities

On-site project manager

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction project management
3. Proficiency in MS project, primavera or similar software
4. Strong knowledge of construction methods and site management
5. Excellent leadership, communication and HSE management skills
6. PMP certification is an added advantage.

Structural design engineer

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil / structural engineering
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience (strong fresh graduates may also apply)
3. Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD
4. Knowledge of international design codes and standards
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Revit/BIM knowledge is an added advantage

Draughtsman

1. Diploma or certificate in drafting, civil engineering, architecture, or related field
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD
3. Ability to prepare architectural, structural, shop and as-built drawings
4. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp and Lumion
5. Experience in 3D modelling and rendering
6. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
