Quantity surveyor – key requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in quantity surveying or related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and tender procedures.
4. Experience in commercial, hospitality, residential interior projects and steel structure works.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and QS-related software.
6. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Draftsman – key requirements

1. Diploma / NVQ / degree in drafting or related field.
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in interior designing & layout drawing.
3. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & similar drafting tools.
4. Knowledge of SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
5. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings & BOQ documents.
6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
