Key responsibilities

  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.

  4. Record and update customer interactions in the system.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
  6. Follow company procedures and service standards.
  7. Support daily operational and administrative activities when required.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
