Draughtsman

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare CAD drawings and submissions
2. Coordinate with engineers and consultants
3. Maintain drawing records
4. Support tender and proposal drawings
5. Meet project deadlines

Requirements

1. NCT in civil engineering draughtsmanship or equivalent
2. Minimum 02 years’ experience
3. AutoCAD (2D & basic 3D) proficiency
4. Civil 3D or Revit is an advantage
5. Knowledge of engineering drawings and drafting standards

Junior quantity surveyor

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare quantity take-offs
2. Assist with BOQ preparation
3. Support cost estimates and tenders
4. Maintain project cost records
5. Assist with payment and cost reports

Requirements

1. HND or degree in quantity surveying
2. 01 – 03 years’ experience
3. Knowledge of BOQ preparation and measurements
4. Ability to read construction drawings
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
