Key responsibilities
- Drive the achievement of company sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
- Monitor sales activities and provide guidance to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
- Prepare sales reports and support management in strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and consistently achieve targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Remuneration
Total remuneration package: More than LKR 300,000/- per month, inclusive of vehicle rent, fuel allowance, and performance based incentives.
