Agriculture Assistant

About the company

Andrew Green Farm Pvt. Ltd. is a leading greenhouse vegetable cultivation company located in the Western Province. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic agriculture assistant to join our team.

Main duties

1. Harvesting, packing, preparing fertilizer, cleaning, and general farm maintenance.
2. Ensuring proper preparation and cleaning before applying fertilizer.
3. Preparing fertilizer mixtures according to instructions.
4. Reporting house diseases, pest infestations, equipment malfunctions, or safety issues.

Minimum qualifications

1. Prior experience in greenhouse cultivation.
2. A basic diploma or certificate related to agriculture/cultivation.
3. Age between 20 – 40 years.

Salary and benefits

1. Monthly salary: Rs. 50,000 – 55,000/- (according to experience).
2. Accommodation facilities will be provided.
3. Food facilities are not provided. However, gas, water, and electricity will be provided free of charge.
