Senior Manager – Central Kitchen Operations

Foodholics Lanka is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Central Kitchen Operations to lead our Central Kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and efficient supply to all outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all Central Kitchen operations, production activities, and team performance.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, recipe compliance, and brand standards across all outlets.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and company SOP requirements.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely supply of products to all outlets.
- Monitor food costs, inventory levels, wastage, and productivity to drive operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and consistency.
- Lead, train, coach, and develop the Central Kitchen team.
- Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, facilities, and assets.
- Prepare and submit production, inventory, and wastage reports to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in large-scale kitchen, commissary, or restaurant operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Relevant professional qualifications in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
