Senior Manager – Central Kitchen Operations

Foodholics Lanka is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager Central Kitchen Operations to lead our Central Kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality, operational excellence, food safety compliance, and efficient supply to all outlets.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage all Central Kitchen operations, production activities, and team performance.
  2. Ensure food quality, consistency, recipe compliance, and brand standards across all outlets.
  3. Maintain food safety, hygiene and company SOP requirements.
  4. Plan production schedules and ensure timely supply of products to all outlets.
  5. Monitor food costs, inventory levels, wastage, and productivity to drive operational efficiency.
  6. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and consistency.
  7. Lead, train, coach, and develop the Central Kitchen team.
  8. Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment, facilities, and assets.
  9. Prepare and submit production, inventory, and wastage reports to management.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in large-scale kitchen, commissary, or restaurant operations.
  2. Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, inventory management, and cost control.
  3. Proven leadership and people management skills.
  4. Relevant professional qualifications in Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
  5. Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations will be an added advantage.
