About the company

Kelum Timber Stores is a leading importers & dealers of high quality Malaysian sawn timber and local timber company located at Walauwatta, Ganemulla.

The company seeks the services of an experienced person to fill the below vacancy.

Job responsibilities

1. Checking and entering data using Quick Book Package.
2. Monthly financial statement preparation.
3. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
4. Dealing with IRD matters, IRD – RAMIS system.
5. Coordinating with suppliers and other accounting schedule preparation.

Requirements

1. Part qualification in Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL).
2. Audit firm experience for 2-3 years.
3. Working experience in similar capacity for 2-3 years.
4. Experience in VAT system and dealing with IRD – RAMIS system will be an added qualification.
5. Having good working experience in Microsoft Office packages.
6. Working experience & knowledge in Quick Book package will be an added qualification.
7. Good communication skills in English.
8. Be dynamic, proactive and able to perform to meet targets and deadlines.
